Crafted Habitat was appointed by Mr Charles in January 2019 to develop a
5-bedroom luxury residence with staff outhouse on one and half plot size.
The site is by a side road off the major N1 Highway at Djorwulu,
a high residential hub in Accra. The main component of the brief
was to incorporate a double volume living room, and have enough
daylighting throughout the entire building and in so doing,
find opportunities to organise the plan/ layout.
