Millennium City Estate Development is a new developing residential
enclave located off the Kasoa Winneba road, in the Central
Region of Ghana.
A 0.23 acre plot located at the Millennium City
Estates was to be developed into a modern Serviced Apartment that
would first serve Kasoa and its catchment areas about 40 minute’s
drive from central Accra
Crafted Habitat was consulted to design this commercial block that would serve as a serviced apartment for guest in the city.
